The Cranfield Trust offers free management consultancy to organisations addressing issues of poverty, disability or disadvantage, using a register of volunteers from the commercial sector.The newsletter contains examples of recent projects; news about grants, funding and supporters; as well as news of internal ongoings.

The journal is published three times a year. It aims to create a forum for debate on develoment education and the climate in which it is working, and to report on and discuss current practice, theory and research in Britain and overseas.

The International Child Art Foundation publish the ChildArt magazine - a unique arts learning, self-discovery and global education publication for children, teachers and parents. To foster creativity and cooperation online, they are also developing the Virtual Creativity Playground (VCP) for children, which will be launched in 2003.

In addition to their website, they publish two weekly Beats ranging from 40 to 100 pages plus an eight page Beat Monthly. The Beat Within is a publication of the writings and art from Juvenile Halls and beyond, published by Pacific News Service, a San Francisco non-profit organization. The first publication of The Beat Within came out in late September of 1996. In addition, the back pages of The Beat Within contain The Beat Without. These important contributions come from people from all over the United States, most of whom are in the system, from death row to county jail to various youth facilities, as well as some of who are now in the free world. Beat contributors are in a unique position to express themselves and realize that they are not alone; through their writings and art, they discover that they are a part of a larger community. Furthermore, their voices, through The Beat Within publication, reach, touch, and hopefully influence the lives of judges, probation officers, families, community workers, youth, and many others. The purpose is to educate themselves as well as readers inside and outside of the system, and writers are encouraged to think as teachers as they reflect on their pasts and look ahead.

The Bellagio Publishing Network Newsletter is an occasional publication dedicated to the promotion of books and publishing in the South. It is issued three times a year and funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. It welcomes correspondence, articles and reports on issues impacting on publishing. To be placed on the mailing list, please write to the editor on your business letterhead. Peace Troupe International publish a quarterly newsletter called The Cultural Animator, subscriptions available.

Update, the Voluntary Arts Network 's magazine, comes out quarterly and includes 2 Briefings. VAN has funding to distribute one free copy to all National and Regional voluntary arts Umbrella Bodies, Local authorities and Arts Council publication departments. However, many of these organisations like to receive a second copy, and many other public or private sector organisations also wish receive Update. These are available at a small fee. The majority of VAN Briefings are available on the website in text, and many are also be available in PDF (portable document format).
